Dickens qualified at the Kenya Polytechnic (Recently renamed THE TECHNICAL UNIVERSITY, NAIROBI), with a Diploma in Civil Engineering in the year 2001, and therefore carries with him a total of 15 years’ experience in the construction industry.
He has a wealth of hands on experience, gained whilst working with several organizations as his CV attests. Besides his technical knowledge, he also has a good grasp of financial management.
